The S&OP-Online is a technology service owned by Planilha Ideal. The Planilha Ideal lists the legal provisions that apply to anyone who visits our websites or uses our services. These terms protect the user and make our services more efficient.

    The purpose of S&OP-Online is to help the functional leaders of industrial organizations to create Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) at the strategic level through an online system of integrated planning and excellent support. We offer the experience of integrated and optimized planning for users, in addition to various contents about planning, demand scenario assessments, logistics, production, and finance through an intuitive web system.

    This site S&OP-Online, is a technology service from Planilha Ideal, located at Afonso Pena, 3351, Belo Horizonte, MG, Brazil, and email address sandoponline@gmail.com.


  3. To the user

    The site user undertakes to respect and observe the Use Terms and Conditions and current legislation customs, and public order. In this way, the User is considered any individual who accesses the site, including anonymous visitors and the system users. The User can not:

    • use the tools and features of the Site to spread messages unrelated to the Site or the Site purposes, including racist, ethnic, political, religious, cultural messages or derogatory, defamatory, or slanderous of any person or social group;
    • use any service from S&OP-Online to carry out "pyramids" conducts, frauds, or unlawful activities that may violate ethical principles; remove or change notifications of logos, watermarks or signs indicating rights exclusives from S&OP-Online;

    • To use the services of S&OP-Online, the user must fulfill some obligations and conditions, such as ensuring legal majority, residing at the contract specified address, and the informed billing address.
    • The S&OP-Online may, at its sole discretion, block, restrict, disable or prevent access of any site user, in whole or in part, without any prior notice, whenever detected inappropriate user conduct, without prejudice to administrative, extrajudicial, and judicial requirements.

    • The S&OP-Online does not provide any legal advice or recommendation to any law or requirement applicable to its services. You agree and undertake to comply with applicable laws and other contracts terms that govern the use of S&OP-Online. services. The user agrees to receive promotional messages, being able to notify the S&OP-Online unsubscribe from this message.
    • The present "Terms of Use" with the "Policy of Privacy" comprise the entire content of the terms applicable to each visitor of S&OP-Online. The user can have S&OP-Online services only if in agreement with the terms here. The user should leave this site and suspend our services if the user does not read, understand, or fully agree with the terms and site policies.

  4. Personal data

    The Planilha Ideal presents a descriptive page for plans and pricing of S&OP-Online on its Site with its characteristics, composition, payment terms, and price.

    After purchasing a certain plan, the customer does not will be entitled to money back. The S&OP-Online grants the customer the right of access to the reduced and free system for evaluation. After purchasing a plan, the customer will not receive money back. The use of this free system must occur before purchase. After purchasing the plan, S&OP-Online grants access to the client (company or university). The customer will have access validity equivalent to the plan duration. In this interval, the customer can contact us to evaluate possible technical problems to solve all your doubts during its use.   8. Responsibilities and Warranties

    The S&OP-Online strives to provide the web system with correct and accurate information. However, there may be technical, typographical errors, or inconsistencies. The S&OP-Online offers the website content, its features, and tools on the web, without any warranty on the following items:

    • Meet user expectations regarding content and service by the website;
    • Continuous access to the site or its content;
    • Maintain site and content quality;

    • damages or losses that the user may have due to the absence or partial functioning of the content, tools, information, services, and site features, as well as the inaccuracy of any of these elements;
    • damages or losses that the user may have on internet sites accessible by links included on the site;
    • damages or losses that the user may have as a result of the website use, not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions of Use or with the Policies;
    • damages or losses that the user may have with the use of the site in non-compliance with the law, customs, or public order;
    • damages or losses that the user may have on the site with failures in the system, server, network connection, harmful interactions with viruses and any other item that could damage the equipment or access information from the user equipment;
    • damages or losses that the user may have due to distortions in the images of the reports, which are merely illustrative;

    The S&OP-Online, in particular, does not represent or warrant that its services are complete, accurate, reliable, secure, or have a certain quality level, or that they are suitable or compatible with any type of activity, device, operating system, browser, software or tool contemplated by the user, or that remain as are for any term or comply with any law applicable to the user, or that its operation is free of viruses, worms or any other similar component, or program limitations.

    The user declares to be aware of and agrees that the limitations of liability are agreed on risks and are part of the provision of S&OP-Online services to the user, and that limit applies even if there is a notification to S&OP-Online of the possibility of such limitations.

    The S&OP-Online website website may contain links to third-party sites, but is the User's responsibility to access these third-party sites, which makes you, directly and indirectly, liable for any damages or losses caused, regarding the use of information, content, and services.     The user is not authorized to use the trademark in any way, nor to reproduce partial or full independently of the intended use. The user undertakes not to contest the validity of any brand or registration of S&OP-Online, in any form in Brazil and or abroad.

    It is owned by S&OP-Online all content developed or assigned to the site, including the domain domain name, programs, databases, files, texts, photos, layouts, heads, and other elements. The intellectual property rights of S&OP-Online are protected by Brazilian laws and international treaties.
